• 11:39:23: i'm 1 of 4 college buddies. 2 have made an effort over the last 3 decades to be physically active, 2 have not (i'm 1 of them)
  
• 11:41:49: 2 engage in running, sports, skiing, horseback riding, etc. the other 2 may walk occasionally, go camping, etc.
  
• 11:43:13: result: the 2 active ppl are physical wrecks, full of pain and torn things. sometimes they can barely move
  
• 11:46:22: the non-specifically-active ones are in relatively fine shape, with no persistent physical complaints. neither has gained much weight.
  
• 11:48:44: 1 of the active ones does have what he thinks is a weight problem, but all in all, the 4 of us have not gained much over 30yrs
  
• 11:51:34: all i've had to eat since #whitecastle burgers last night is candy: reese's, cotton candy, and fruit gummies, + coffee xtra cream no sugar
  
• 11:56:01: #shutup #progressive! you act like you invented "bundling" different kinds of insurance
  
• 12:32:37: personally i doubt i'd get much solace or closure from what happens to the person accused of murdering a loved one. i doubt i'd attend trial

• 14:40:40: a friend told me to search the net for a political assassination in indochina in 1982 but i cant find one there
  
• 18:02:39: last night i talked to nearly all my neighbors about seeing anyone in my house. none saw anything
  
• 18:05:54: even spent a few hours w/my truckdriver neighbor. to get the talk going on politics, all i had to say was "osama bin laden"
  
• 20:05:02: the friend has left, now Angie & I are watching Dateline, which features a local #Cincinnati murder
  
• 22:35:09: i watched the @nbc Dateline show about the local convicted murderer #RyanWidmer and decided he's innocent
  
• 23:57:39: double dream hands shoulda stayed a one-hit wonder
